This is a downloader of virus. After this virus startup, it will take measure to shut down 360Antivirus software, then, named itself as svchost.exe and copy to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer directory. The virus also edit registry to achieve startup with system and forbid Window Task Manager by the following step:
